Jack Johnson, pencil on paper, this drawing is based on the original photo, that came from his biography, "The Unforgivable Blackness". What an incredible story!  One of the first gloved champions in boxing history. That's barely a strap of leather and a shoe string over their hands and they were going way over the 15 rounds we have today.These boxers were just made different back then! They'd have a couple fights a month where now it's maybe one a year.
